Typically 2-4 weeks from the day we confirm your design. Rush orders possible in some cases — ask on WhatsApp. Standard pieces require time for hand-plating, curing, and quality checks.
How much does a custom pair cost?
Starting at $150 USD for simpler designs. Complex commissions with multiple materials (gold + nácar + engraving) typically run $250-$500. Luxury pieces in 24K gold solid reach $600+. You'll get an exact quote after we discuss your vision on WhatsApp.
How do payments work?
50% deposit once you approve the design sketches. 50% balance when the piece is ready to ship. Accepted: all major cards through Shopify, PayPal, Zelle, or wire transfer.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — 1-year warranty against craftsmanship defects. We also offer re-plating service after years of wear (at cost). Your grips are meant to last generations, and we stand behind that.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Free shipping within USA (priority). International orders add shipping based on destination. All pieces shipped with tracking and insurance.
Can I see the piece before it ships?
Absolutely. We send photos and short videos at key milestones: after initial design, after plating, and before packaging. Your approval at each stage ensures the final piece is exactly what you envisioned.
